Hello my fellow bookworms, I come to you today, a little late, with the exciting news that Jo of The Book Jotter has announced the upcoming Six in Six – 2022 Edition of her wonderful, yearly meme, which I find a great way to reflect back on our reading as we reach the midway point of the year. Yes, we are halfway through 2021 already! π
Jo originally started this meme on a bit of a whim in 2012 and it has been going ever since, and I have taken part every single year from the beginning! To join in all you have to do is share your post, anytime in July, of your six books in six different categories from the last six months. Here are some categories you could choose from:

Or you can come up with your very own category. Here are some of my past Six in Six posts to help inspire you: 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017.
Now I am off to finish off my categories and choices, so over to you. Let me know in the comments below if you have taken part in this meme before or are tempted to take part this year? If yes, happy list making! π
I haven’t decided yet if I’ll do it this time or not… I’ll keep y’all posted!
I hope you will have time to take part again this year, Davida π€
I’ve never heard of this meme. It sounds like fun, though. I’m going to look into it more and see if it’s something I want to participate in this year. Thanks for sharing! π
You’re welcome, Jenni Elyse – Would be lovely if you’re able to take part, too. π
I particpated for the first time last year and will do so again this year. I loved it! π
Great to hear you loved taking part in this for the first time last year and will be taking part again this year. π
I will be taking part in this again as well, but still trying to decide on my categories. I’ll look forward to seeing what you choose!
Great to hear you will also be taking part again, Helen. I am going to have to be really creative with my categories this year, as I have only finished 11 books, so far! π
